|The first cooking class of the new season will be held on Thursday, February 27th, 2014 from 6pm at Pier 22. The cooking class includes a five course tasting and non-alcoholic beverages. The price is $29.95 per person or $39.95 to include two drink tickets for the bar, tax and gratuity are additional.
This Southern Style cooking class includes tastings of the following recipes; Fried Chicken and Waffle Hors d’ oeuvres, Pork and Collard Greens, Shrimp and Grits, Brunswick Stew, and delectable Apple Cobbler. Chef Greg’s classes are always lively, fun and informative and the food D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!
