TAMPA, Fla. — Lennar’s Central Florida Division, which builds homes in more than 40 communities in the Orlando and Tampa regions, recently named Jeff Adelman and Milton Andrade project managers in the Orlando region.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Adelman has a degree in engineering from Florida A&M University and more than 24 years of experience in all phases of real estate development and homebuilding in Central Florida. Adelman is also a licensed Realtor. He will be responsible for project management and land development at Lennar’s communities of Spring Hill, Osceola Trace and Wyndham Lakes.
Andrade, who holds an engineering degree from the University of Central Florida, has four years of experience in the industry, and formerly worked for Orange County Utilities Commission in various capacities. Most recently he managed projects for Universal Engineering in Orlando. Andrade will be handling project management and land development duties at Lennar’s communities of Windermere Sound, Heritage Hills in Clermont and Alexander Ridge in Winter Garden.
“We are fortunate to have both Jeff and Milton on our team in Orlando and they will play key roles in our continued growth and market expansion,” Metheny said.
