Alien Skull Lands in Tampa
Tampa, FL: Was a yet unidentified alien or humanoid living among us 900 years ago? Tampa’s latest resident is a 900 year old skull dubbed the “Starchild Skull”, being housed safely under lock and key downtown. Tampa is now destined to become part of history as DNA testing continues to prove that this skull is simply not human. Beyond DNA proof, reconstructive plastic surgeon, Dr. Ted Robinson has exhaustively examined the skull and consulted with experts and he states, “In forty years of practice as a reconstructive plastic surgeon, I have never seen anything like it. I doubt if anyone else has either.” So compelling is the DNA and scientific evidence gathered since 1999 that History Channels Ancient Aliens will be featuring the findings in this upcoming season set for National Broadcast in February.
In the latest announcement from the Starchild Project, the research organization investigating the skull, Tampa based COO Matthew Brownstein states, “I am convinced this is simply not human.” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SfTv0432uuY. The provenance of the skull dates back to the 1930’s when it was discovered in Mexico’s Copper Canyon Region. In 1999 neonatal nurse Melanie Young and researcher Lloyd Pye founded the Starchild Project, and began moving the science forward. Several DNA tests have been conducted, and the most recent results, while preliminary, clearly indicate the skull is a new species. DNA testing will continue until the entire Genome is sequenced and this is the aim of the project. The skull looks significantly different from human, with bone much thinner and lighter than human, and containing microscopic “reinforcing” fibers that are like nothing seen in any other bone on Earth. The skull’s brain was 33% larger than a human’s, and positioned differently within the strangely shaped skull. All known human deformities have been ruled out, and there are over a dozen credible experts on the record verifying the uniqueness of this specimen.
Many fans of the research claim it looks like the skull of a “Gray”, and have latched on to the skull as proof of alien life on Earth. Forensic artists have reconstructed the face, which did indeed look similar to depictions of “Gray Aliens,” fueling the controversy. Skeptics use this alien connections to criticize the Project, but none have yet produced any reasonable explanation for the ancient skull, and some are beginning to rethink their position. Dr Trenton Holliday of Tulane University’s anthropology department recently admitted on William Schadtner’s “Weird Or What” that he used to think it was a hydrocephalic (a type of human skull deformity), but he no longer believes this to be a valid explanation.
The Starchild Project www.starchildproject.com is an international team staffed entirely by unpaid volunteers, and working with independent labs and experts to continue research on the skull. They are raising funds to complete DNA testing and to pursue other valuable research on the skull. Matthew Brownstein, COO of the Project, is currently taking interviews and publicly discussing Tampa’s latest resident and the Project.
