WHO: Tampa Convention Center, located on Tampa’s busy RiverWalk
WHAT: To celebrate the 200th anniversary of the War of 1812 and the Star-Spangled Banner, the Tampa Convention Center will host the grand arrival of the historic Clipper Schooner, Lynx. The distinguished Lynx, a War of 1812 Privateer Square-Topsail Schooner, will make its way along the water’s edge overlooking the Hillsborough River, docking at the Tampa Convention Center. Visitors will be able to tour the ship and even embark on a sailing adventure.
