ScarHeal of Largo to Increase Employment by 10% after a successful trip to MEDICA
Francesco Balzano, International Sales Manager at ScarHeal, recently attended MEDICA, the world’s largest medical trade fair, in Duseldorf, Germany. “We experienced a very successful event, gleaning several favorable leads and the overall traffic was fantastic. Receiving Enterprise Florida’s (EFI) assistance through the Step Grant Program has provided the opportunity to be at MEDICA and have a successful show. We look forward to MEDICA next year.”

Grants Promote Veterans’ Job and Entrepreneurial Skills
A current Request for Proposals (RFP) from the Blackstone Charitable Foundation’s Veterans Grant Program has been issued to identify organizations that focus on providing business assistance and entrepreneurial skills for veterans. Grants of $10,000 to $50,000 will be provided in two program areas: Promoting Job Skills Development, and Advancing Veteran Business Development and Support.
