The Occupier Services group helps clients with occupancy needs in office, industrial, retail and specialized properties. Dyer will focus on leveraging CBRE’s extensive platform to deliver portfolio optimization solutions to mid cap companies.

Dyer comes to CBRE from DTZ, a global real estate brokerage and consultancy where he served as Vice President. There he worked primarily with mid cap companies developing portfolio optimization strategies, financial analysis tools as well as managing real estate transactions throughout the country and the state of Florida. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Le Moyne College, in Syracuse, New York.
