|Tampa, FL – December 18 2013 – CBRE arranged the sale of Isla Del Sol Shoppers Village in St. Petersburg, Florida. Isla Del Sol Shoppers Village, LLC, a private, Clearwater, Florida-based investment group, purchased the property at 5901 Sun Boulevard, from EBK Properties, Inc. for $3,950,000. The center was 79% occupied at the time of the sale. CBRE represented the owner.

Built in 1981, Isla Del Sol Shoppers Village is a 46,788-square-foot, two-story retail and office complex located in the planned, island community of Isla Del Sol in St. Petersburg, Florida. Isla Del Sol Shoppers Village is leased to 20 tenants, including Regions Bank, Subway, Patchington women’s clothing store, The Boardwalk restaurant, Tokyo Bay restaurant, and other retail, medical and office users.
Isla Del Sol is a 350-acre development featuring waterfront condominiums and villas, a yacht and country club with an 18-hole golf course, and Isla Del Sol Shoppers Village, the only retail and office property on the island.
