What: Two-Step and Swing Dance Lessons at Northdale Park
When: Monday starting Jan. 6, 5 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Where: Northdale Regional Center, 15550 Spring Pine Drive in Tampa
Adults age 30 and older can enjoy eight beginner two-step lessons followed by two beginner swing lessons. Partners are not necessary. For more information, call Russell Elefterion at 813-264-8541.
What: Park Ranger Nature Educational Programs at Lettuce Lake Park
When: Saturdays and Sundays at 10 a.m. and noon (for one hour)
Where: 6920 E. Fletcher Ave. in Tampa (meet inside Visitor Center)
Age: All ages
Cost: $5 per child with one accompanying adult and $2 per vehicle (up to eight people per car) for park entry fee
Join our Park Rangers for fun and exciting hands-on programs. Participation is open to all ages. Large groups, such as home schools, scouts, and birthday parties should pre-register. Participation cost is $5 per child, and children must be accompanied by an adult. Adults without children may join for $5 – we’re all kids at heart. Only cash payments are accepted at this time.

What: Volunteer Day at Plant Natural Habitat Restoration at Lake Frances Preserve
When: Wednesday, Jan. 22, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Where: Lake Frances Preserve, 19510 Crescent Lane in Odessa

What: Bright House Stars Senior Talent Auditions at Brandon Community Center
