About Community Haven
Community Haven for Adults and Children with Disabilities, Inc. is a 60 year-old (established 1954), community-based human service agency which includes the Selby Preschool (VPK, Childcare, Montessori Method); the Selby School (McKay Scholarship for kindergarten and grades 9-12); Transitions Services for Teens in local high schools; Community Living (four group homes serve 33 adult residents); Haven Industries (adult day training currently serving 130+); and Community Employment Services (supported employment & employment services). Annually, 700+ children, teens and adults with physical and developmental disabilities are served.
