SARASOTA, FL (December 5, 2013) – The Central West Coast Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association (CWC-FPRA) Holiday Mixer Event is Monday, December 16, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at Michael’s Wine Cellar, 1283 S. Tamiami Trial in Sarasota. The mixer is open to the public and will be an excellent opportunity to mingle with members of FPRA as well as marketing professionals in the area.
At the event the group is collecting donations of personal grooming products and games for the residents of Sunnyside Village.

The Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) has been serving Florida public relations professionals for 70 years, being founded in 1938 by Lt. Col. John W. Dillin. FPRA is the oldest public relations organization in the United States. There are 15 professional chapters and many university chapters located throughout Florida, including the Central West Coast Chapter. The Central West Coast Chapter was formed in 1966 and has more than 120 members from Sarasota, Manatee and DeSoto counties.
