ST. PETERSBURG, FL – (December 4, 2013) – On behalf of Publix Super Markets, The Sembler Company is redeveloping the Publix Shopping Center located at 3700 4th Street North in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
Publix will close on December 28, 2013. The redevelopment of the 50,600-square-foot grocery store and associated liquor store will include improvements to the entire property from construction of new buildings, new landscaping and parking areas. Publix is expected to re-open in its new building in late 2014. In the interim, Publix customers can do their shopping at other Publix stores including the Northeast Park Shopping Center across the street on the east side of Fourth Street North.
This will be The Sembler Company’s third Publix redevelopment project over the last three years.
