Each child will be able to bring a parent (also at no charge) and everyone will be provided a full meal voucher for any Magic Kingdom restaurant. Each child will also be given a special commemorative tee and a $50 gift card to spend in the park.
What is the Hope, Smile & Dream Event?
The event, the second in three years, is the brainchild of husband and wife team, Dan & Nicole Long, owners of Kill Mode Training Company. Together with Principal Donors, Vykin Corp., and also key donor, Ben Pakulski Athletics (Ben is listed amongst the Top 10 bodybuilder in the U.S.) the group of philanthropists dedicates their efforts and funds this time of year to grant the wishes of 35 children battling cancer who are currently provided the support services of the Children’s Cancer Center.
“We feel that to be able to work directly with these children and take them away from their treatment for a day is the most important thing we can do this time of year. To see them smile and enjoy the moment makes this all worthwhile. We are blessed to have such supporters and donors who help make this possible. It’s all about the children and the smiles on their faces!” – Dan & Nicole Long, co-owners of Kill Mode Training Company
You may cover the gathering of the families and motor coach departure this Friday at 2pm at the Children’s Cancer Center, 4901 W. Cypress St., Tampa. PLEASE RSVP to Alan G Mock, Director of Marketing, 813-367-5437 ext.5 email@example.com

About the Children’s Cancer Center
Helping children and families cope. That is the mission of the Children’s Cancer Center, a local non-profit organization dedicated to serving Tampa Bay families of children with cancer or chronic blood disorders.
“When a child is diagnosed, the whole family is diagnosed,” explains Children’s Cancer Center C.O.O., Patty O’Leary. “Our mission is to provide these children and their families with the educational, emotional and financial relief necessary to cope with the illnesses which threaten to tear their lives apart.”
With 22 programs and services currently helping over 900 families, support is offered to all members of the family and is available throughout every step of their difficult journey – from diagnosis and treatment, to survivorship . . . and sadly, too often, bereavement.
While other organizations are committed to finding a cure tomorrow, the Children’s Cancer Center is committed to helping families cope today. They are dedicated solely to being there for each family through this devastating experience.
One day at a time.
