TAMPA – November 4, 2013 – Greenspoon Marder, a full service business law firm is pleased to announce that Tina E. Dunsford and Scott R. Lilly have joined the Tampa office of Greenspoon Marder as shareholders. Dunsford will be Chair of the expanding Health Care Law Practice for the firm.
Dunsford and Lilly join the firm from the Tampa office of GrayRobinson. Dunsford brings more than 20 years of experience of advising clients on managed care contracting, medical staff issues, compliance, fraud and abuse matters and physician contracting arrangements. She also advises health care clients with litigation including regulatory, fraud and abuse, and qui tam matters. Dunsford has also held in-house general counsel and legal counsel positions at health care entities where she advised senior management on structuring joint ventures and acquisitions; supervised federal and state health care programs; acted as company liaison at meetings and conferences with federal agencies, state agencies, political subdivisions, and advisory groups; and managed legal, compliance and litigation for 36 hospitals in 12 states.
Lilly is a trial lawyer focusing in the areas of creditors’ rights, bankruptcy litigation, healthcare litigation, healthcare contract litigation, healthcare fraud and abuse litigation, real property litigation, and commercial litigation. He has represented lenders, financial institutions, corporate entities, physicians and medical practice groups in connection with various matters before both federal and state Courts. These matters have included, without limitation, litigation matters involving contract disputes, false claims act allegations, protection of confidential health information, HIPAA compliance, qui tam claims, non-compete matters, injunctive relief matters, and corporate governance matters. Lilly’s practice is focused on representing lenders, health care entities, health care providers, companies, private property owners, banks, and other financial entities in federal and state Courts.

Dunsford earned her LL.M. and juris doctorate, with honors, from Emory University School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Kennesaw State University.
Lilly earned his juris doctorate, with honors, from University of Florida, College of Law and his B.S., summa cum laude, from Florida Southern College.
