Tampa, Fla. – The David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts is pleased to announce the opening of the SteamHeat Cafe. The coffee shop, which proudly serves Buddy Brew Coffee, is located on the south side of the complex in a newly-renovated space formerly occupied by the Center Store Gift Shop.
Open Monday-Friday, 5–11 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m.–11 p.m., the SteamHeat Cafe will have an ever-changing menu of light fare such as Panini and desserts as well as a full menu of coffee beverages.
Tampa-based Buddy Brew is a specialty coffee craft roaster with a crazy passion to Brew Good and Do Good. Buddy Brew coffee is carefully selected, from farmers who diligently grow and process the beans to their highest quality, and treated with tremendous care by artfully hand roasting each bean to its individual perfection.
Other food and beverage options at the Straz Center include Maestro’s Restaurant (fine dining), Maestro’s Cafe (full display buffet dining) and Maestro’s On The River (light fare, al fresco dining). And, Maestro’s Catering offers complete banquet and catering service for weddings, luncheons, dinners, parties, receptions, meetings and seminars.
