Myers Taco Bell/Long John Silver’s restaurant sold based on its income stream with a triple net lease in place, while a vacant former KFC restaurant in Sarasota sold for much less as a redevelopment opportunity.
– Stephanie Jackson has recently closed on the purchase of a 2,800 +/- square foot Taco Bell/Long John Silver’s restaurant located at 8389 Dani Drive in Ft. – Venti Holdings, LLC has recently purchased the 2,800 +/- square foot former KFC restaurant located at 5825 Derek Avenue in Sarasota from JRN, Inc for $899,000. This building sits on Clark Road, just west of McIntosh Road. The new owner plans to remodel the building and turn it into a Starbucks Coffee Shop with a drive thru.
