CLEARWATER – Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP, is pleased to announce that Nicholas Grimaudo has joined the firm’s Tax, Estates and Trust and Business Department. His practice areas include Taxation Law, Business Law, Estate Planning, Probate Law, Trust Law and Tax Exempt organizations.
Mr. Grimaudo has experience advising individuals and families with respect to estate planning, wealth preservation issues and business succession planning. He also represents fiduciaries (personal representatives and trustees) and beneficiaries in the administration of estates and trusts.
Mr. Grimaudo has obtained four separate degrees from the University of Florida. Mr. Grimaudo received a B.A. cum laude, an M.S. in Management, a J.D. cum laude, and an LL.M. (in Taxation) cum laude.
Admitted to The Florida Bar in 2009, Mr. Grimaudo is President Elect 2013-2014 of the Clearwater Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. He is also a member of the Clearwater Bar Association Board of Directors 2013-2014, the Probate and Real Property Sections of the Clearwater Bar Association, and the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and the Pinellas County Estate Planning Council.
