RKC.me Selected to Manage Brand for
Fast-Growing Tampa Bay-Based Coffee Shop
St. Petersburg, FL [November 05, 2013] Kahwa Coffee has retained the full-time social media, branding, public relations and advertising services of downtown St. Petersburg-based creative agency, RKC.me.
“Kahwa is the Bay area’s favorite coffee shop and we’ve enjoyed working with them on several projects,” said Brian Bailey of RKC.me, formerly Rearden Killion Communications. “We are thrilled to be assisting them on a full-time basis.”
In early 2013, RKC.me developed a Kahwa Challenge campaign that included TV, Social Media, public relations and street teams. The effort brought dozens of “Kahwa virgins” to five area locations to try the locally roasted brew for the very first time.
Going forward, RKC.me will assist Kahwa in opening new locations and building a consistent voice for the brand as it seeks a path to growth.
RKC.me is a St. Pete creative communications firm and creator of iLovetheBurg Downtown St. Pete®. Brian Bailey founded RKC.me in 2003 after 10 years with New York City’s largest and oldest independent agency, Rubenstein Associates.
