Tampa, Fla. (Nov. 5, 2013) – Fifth Third Bank has awarded $5,000 to Sun Glo Plating, a Clearwater-based metal finisher, as the second place winner in the Bank’s online “Curious Customer” contest. Through this contest, Fifth Third featured the inspiring stories of real business customers throughout the Bank’s footprint that were part of a recent advertising campaign. People were able to read all of the Bank’s “Curious Customers” stories at www.53.com/curiosityatwork and vote on their favorite one.

Twenty companies vied for the prize, two of which were from the Tampa Bay-area. Fifth Third awarded the first place winner with $10,000, and third place received $2,500.
