The Bridge Street Merchants are hosting the AFTER PARTY for the Anna Maria Island Privateers Pirate invasion of Coquina Beach. The evening will be filled with great music, good food, and live entertainment. Come join us for the FUN!!!

Saturday November 2nd at 5-10 pm on Historic Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island.

The Anna Maria Island Privateers will be invading our event at 5:00 pm.  Joining them will be the Desoto Conquistadors at 6:00 pm till around 8:00 pm. They will have a skirmish right on Bridge Street at our event. It will be wicked fun for the family and everyone. The Anna Maria Island Privateers was established as a Not For Profit group in 1971 by a small group of individuals interested in being a support group for needed island youth programs. Their charter goals were to promote activities for the betterment of youth, to render service to the community and to participate in area events. November 1st, 2nd, and 3rd they will be having a Pirate Invasion on Coquina Beach.

We will also have a full bar with beer, wine, and liquor. The event is free to the public and promises a Pirate Invasion. The event will be held where the Bridge Street Markets are held, 107 Bridge Street, Bradenton Beach.

For those who can’t sit still dancing, hula hooping, life size Jenga and shopping are welcome at this family-friendly event. The local Michael Mac Band will be playing 7-10. Michael Mac has been playing and touring with a wide variety of bands for many years. He played with line up on Mercury records in which he toured across the country. The band also had a TV show on Fox network. The Band is an old school, rock n roll band. The event will happen in the same lot used for the popular Sunday Markets held November-April and the Summer Saturday evening markets on historic Bridge Street, adjacent to the Fish Hole Adventure Golf.

Organizers suggest using the free island trolley, which runs until 10:30pm. With over 80 spots throughout Anna Maria and a stop right at Bridge Street, it is the best way to travel and not have to worry about parking.
