|(Manatee County, FL) – The canvassing boards for the upcoming elections, made up of representatives from the cities of Anna Maria, Bradenton Beach and Holmes Beach arrived Wednesday morning at the Manatee County Elections office to certify voting machines. The elections will be held for the Island municipalities on Tuesday, November 5th.
Voters in the city of Anna Maria will decide on an Amendment to their Charter and elect 3 City Commissioners with 4 Candidates running. In the City of Bradenton Beach, voters will select a new Mayor and decide on a new City Commissioner for Ward 3 with 2 Candidates running in each race. The voters for the city of Holmes Beach will elect 3 City Commissioners with 5 Candidates running.
