Chef Paul Mattison is pleased to announce a special Cigar Dinner through a local partnership with Maduro Cigar & Bar, Mattison’s City Grille, and Suncoast Food Alliance on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 from 7pm at Mattison’s City Grille in Sarasota, Florida. This three-course specialty dinner showcases Camacho cigars, local farms, and Mattison’s cuisine while pairing each course with the perfect beverage to complement the dish.
The three-course dinner menu:
• Siberian Sturgeon served with a risotto cake and braised pattypan squash, topped with a preserved-lemon butter
• Mojo Braised Short Rib, served with a pumpkin raviolo and grilled dandelions, topped with a habanero-bourbon BBQ sauce
• Mattison’s Crème Brûlé topped with local berries
Menu includes beer, wine, and two Camacho cigars.
