Educational Seminar presented by CAI West Florida Chapter

 

Condominium Board Members and Homeowners are invited to attend an educational seminar on: Thursday, November 14, 2013

Pine Shores Presbyterian Church in the Community Room (6210 Crestwood Ave, Sarasota FL).

Registration 8am

Program- 8:30am to 11:00am

 

Find out the drastic changes in Flood insurance and discover how these changes could affect you as a homeowner or condominium owner. Learn also how these changes could financially affect your condominium association as a whole. The panel will also touch slightly on the ongoing issues pertaining to Citizens insurance.

 

This is a 2-hour classroom course with a panel consisting of a representative from Wright Flood; a licensed Florida independent insurance adjuster; and two insurance agents specializing in commercial insurance. The teaching method will be a panel discussion followed by a question and answer session at the end.

 

The West Florida chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) sponsors a series of FREE educational programs for Condominium, Co-op and Homeowner Association members. These programs are open to any association board members and condo/home owners. The seminars are free to CAI WFL Members and $5.00 for non-members. Seating is limited and participants must pre-register.
