“We are very excited to collaborate with DIBS this season to expand our marketing efforts,” said Jamie Ruetz, Sarasota Pops president. “Combining the marketing expertise of DIBS with our value entertainment, we are sure to bring great music to more people than we ever have before.”
Sarasota Pops Orchestra was created in 1975 and has grown to have 60 members, many of whom are professional musicians. All Sarasota Pops members volunteer their time for rehearsals and for dozens of performances annually.
Sarasota Pops is just the latest nonprofit organization that DIBS has helped with pro bono marketing efforts. The company also has served the Salvation Army of Sarasota, Friends of Selby Library, Junior Leadership Manatee, Bradenton Kiwanis, the Susan G. Komen For the Cure, Manasota Solve, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and more.
“At DIBS, we appreciate the chance to help organizations that are passionate about their work,” said Gregg Anderson, DIBS president. “It’s clear that love of music is what drives the teachers, parents, neighbors, students and other members of Sarasota Pops. We’re here to make the most of their efforts.”
