(Southwest Florida) Richard S. Webb, IV, an attorney and shareholder in the firm of Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen & Ginsburg, P.A., played a key role in the closing of what could be one of Sarasota County’s largest real estate transactions in recent years.
Mr. Webb represented Sarasota based Gran Paradiso I, LLC and Gran Paradiso II, LLC in the sale of approximately 370 acres and 164 developed residential lots in the Gran Paradiso community in Venice. The property was sold to Lennar Homes.
Gran Paradiso is a gated, master planned community, located three miles south of Jacaranda Boulevard. The property includes many lakes, natural fitness trails, and a spectacular clubhouse.
Mr. Webb concentrates his practice in real estate law, business law, and manufactured housing/mobile home law. He has represented clients in complex real estate and business matters in Florida since 1977.
