Tampa, Fla.; September 30, 2013 —Mark Barber, a partner in the Tampa office of the statewide law firm Broad and Cassel, has earned an AV-rating from Martindale-Hubbell, achieving the agency’s highest marks for both competency and ethics.

 

Barber is a member of the Commercial Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice Groups. He works primarily in the area of commercial litigation, having a broad array of experience in various legal and business matters, ranging from complex contract disputes, bid protests, health care regulation, labor and employment actions, to real estate development disputes and debt collection actions. Barber received his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Liberty University School of Business and Government and earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.
