DCT’s SimpleScan Connect service can now route invoices directly to Accusoft’s Prizm Capture cloud-based AP processing service, eliminating manual data entry for invoices.

Then in Prizm Capture, users can easily verify the data Prizm Capture has extracted from the invoice image supplied by SimpleScan, and post the invoice to QuickBooks (desktop or online) with the click of a button. Prizm Capture features advanced recognition technology that not only accurately extracts data, but also “learns” the more it’s used.
