Clearwater—Suncoast Hospice welcomes Robin Ryan, RN, and Beth O’Malley as professional relations liaisons in the admissions department. Ryan is responsible for marketing Suncoast’s three care centers in Pinellas County and O’Mally markets the Suncoast HomeCare program. Both work with the agency’s healthcare partners.
Ryan was a nurse educator for Ashfield Healthcare and a clinical education consultant for CR Bard. She worked as a nurse for more than 25 years including as a hospice nurse. O’Malley has 15 years experience in healthcare marketing most recently with Family Home Health Services as a home health sales consultant and with Ivax Laboratories in pharmaceutical sales.
Suncoast Hospice has three care centers located in throughout Pinellas County providing inpatient services for patients with severe pain and acute symptoms difficult to manage at home. Suncoast HomeCare provides at-home services for those with acute, advanced chronic illnesses or conditions whether newly diagnosed or ongoing.
Founded more than 35 years ago by volunteers, Suncoast Hospice is a community-based, not-for-profit organization committed to serving individuals and families. Its mission of care focuses on persons with chronic or serious illnesses and extends to those acting as caregivers or working through grief and trauma.
