|SARASOTA, FL – Community Haven for Adults and Children with Disabilities, Inc. is the recipient of a combined financial gift from the American Legion Post #266 Auxiliary, VFW Post #3233 and Fraternal Orders of the Eagles #2756 Ladies Auxiliary. These three organizations raised money during their annual bowling tournament – with 100% of the proceeds to benefit Community Haven for Adults and Children with Disabilities, Inc.
In addition to their financial support of the Haven over the last thirty years, these organizations host an annual picnic for our clients at one of their club locations.
Through these organizations’ gift of time, talent and treasure – Community Haven can continue to provide programs and services that enhance the education, growth & development of individuals with disabilities in Sarasota and Manatee Counties & environs.
