|One is in partnership with Megan Metcalf a local LMT and Yoga instructor as she presents a 5 week Intro to Yoga class that begins Tuesday morning, 9/17 at 9:30am. It is free, and attending all 5 weeks is not required however it is highly recommended. Due to limited space we are encouraging people to sign up for the class to ensure their spot is reserved!
The second program we are bringing to the area is a fun, informative and effective program that has been used nationwide to help thousands of people lose tremendous amounts of weight, and achieve their healthy active lifestyle goals. This program is called a Weight Loss Challenge. It is a once a week class that runs for 90 days. There is a nutrition related topic taught each week, games played, and prizes won! It is structured, yet fun and informative!
Registration for the Weight Loss Challenge is now open. Registration fee: $39. Which is returned to the participants in the form of cash prizes, class supplies and materials, and best of all: We are raising money for a local charity. This round we have picked Trinity Charities (www.trinitycharities.org), who will receive $10 of the registration per participant.
We can have fun, get healthy, win money, and do a lot of good for our local community all at the same time!!
