SAINT LEO – Saint Leo University recently appointed Kelly De Hill as associate vice president and general counsel. She is responsible for advising the university community on legal matters; investigating and resolving legal issues; contract negotiations and review and risk management.
Hill previously was general counsel at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT, where she served for nearly 20 years. Prior to that position, she was an attorney in private practice and in the Office of the Utah State Attorney General.
Hill was a bar examiner for the Utah State Bar and is currently a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and the National Association of College and University Attorneys. In 2011, she was named Outstanding Corporate Counsel by the Mountain West Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Idaho State University and her Juris Doctorate from University of Utah College of Law.
