Tampa, FL – The shareholders of Fowler White Boggs elected Jesse H. Diner and Darren D. Farfante to the Board of Directors. Mr. Diner practices in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office and Mr. Farfante practices in the Tampa office.
Rhea F. Law will continue to serve as the firm’s CEO and Chair the Board of Directors. The remaining Directors continuing their terms include C. Joseph Coleman, President of the firm, and Jeffrey C. Shannon.
Jesse H. Diner is known as a “litigator’s litigator” for his deep knowledge of civil law and trial procedure. He focuses his practice on resolving commercial disputes. During a career that spans more than 38 years, Mr. Diner has advised and represented clients in a wide range of business matters, including real estate, probate, financial and other commercial disputes. He is also an arbitrator, with more than 25 years experience in commercial and construction disputes. Mr. Diner served as president of The Florida Bar from 2009-2010, is AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale Hubbell, listed in The Best Lawyers in America, ranked in Florida Trend Magazine’s Florida Legal Elite, and listed in Florida Super Lawyers and in South Florida Legal Guide’s Top Lawyers.
