To her already outstanding year, Bowden can now add another 33,900 +/- square feet of office and retail space in Kissimmee that closed recently for $6.95 Million.
To find good quality properties for her buyers, Bowden completed a state-wide search utilizing the Sperry Van Ness network and found terrific investment-grade properties for her investors. She says good investment properties in the Sarasota-Bradenton region are hard to find. “I would have loved to have done this here,” Bowden says, “But most people are looking for an investment that’s a good deal. They are not as much concerned about what area.”
This year Bowden, who was SVN CAG’s 2011 Advisor of the Year, has sold the 44,183 +/- square foot industrial complex located at 4023 Sawyer Road in Sarasota for $2.6 Million, the 31,500 +/- square foot Mediterranean Office Complex in Osprey for $3.2 Million, and the 84,700 +/- Square foot City Centre office building in Kissimmee for $10 Million.
