Kelley Kronenberg, a national full-service law firm, announced the addition of four attorneys to its Tampa office and the firm’s Mortgage Foreclosure Litigation Department. The firm established a presence in Tampa in 2010 and has since expanded with additional attorneys and practice areas. Newly acquired attorneys include Erin M. Berger, Megan K. Gajewski, Adam J. Hardman and Randall T. Mogg.
Erin M. Berger is experienced in handling contested foreclosure litigation matters and previously served as an appellate attorney prosecuting and defending appeals. Additionally, she was a law clerk for the Hon. Marcia Morales Howard of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Hon. David A. Monaco of the Fifth District Court of Appeals. She earned her undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and obtained her juris doctor from University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she graduated with honors. Ms. Berger is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted to the Middle District of Florida.
Megan K. Gajewski represents several large national banks as well as several mortgage servicers. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience in the areas of consumer finance litigation and real estate law. Her background also includes construction law, public bidding law, business formations and dissolutions, and education law. Ms. Gajewski obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and her juris doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Florida, Illinois and New Jersey.
Adam J. Hardman focuses his practice on real estate litigation, primarily involving mortgage foreclosure actions. He also handles the defense of claims arising under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act, lien priority actions and quiet title actions. He has extensive trial experience handling contested foreclosure litigation matters. Mr. Hardman received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, with a double major in political science and business administration from Malone University and earned his juris doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted to the Middle District of Florida.
Randall T. Mogg focuses on mortgage foreclosure litigation and previously handled contested foreclosure litigation matters for a Tampa law firm. He also served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Mortgage Fraud Prosecution Unit and the Felony, Juvenile and Misdemeanor Divisions of the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. Mr. Mogg earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida on a full-merit scholarship and obtained his juris doctor, with honors, from Florida Coastal School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted to the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
