(SARASOTA, Fla, August 20, 2013) Manasota SCORE is reaching out to experienced and retired executives in an effort to expand and diversify the organization’s membership and business mentoring resources.
“Our goal is to develop a diverse group of applicants for the SCORE mentor training program from communities throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties, to increase our ability to serve the area’s entire business community,” says Charles Sax, SCORE Mentor Recruitment Committee chair.
“Women-owned businesses have received many awards from Manasota SCORE in recent years, including Client of the Month and Small Business Client of the Year,” Sax says. “We are encouraging women and minority applicants to apply for the mentor training program.”
