Tampa, Fla. – August 20, 2013 – Carlton Fields’ Tampa Shareholder, Kenneth A. Tinkler, received the Judy Florence Memorial Outstanding Service Award from The Florida Bar’s Environmental & Land Use Law Section (ELULS).
This outstanding service award is given to an ELULS member who has rendered outstanding service to ELULS.
This award was named after Judy Florence, ELULS coordinator who passed away in 1983. Florence showed great talents for organization and attention to detail, all while working under pressure. She exhibited loyalty and concern for the section and performed her duties in a personable manner, with a spirit of cooperation to all section officers and members.
Tinkler first began working with the ELULS as a law student back in 1995. He is board certified in City, County and Local Government Law by The Florida Bar.
At Carlton Fields, his practice involves a wide variety of government law issues with a focus on land use, environmental & energy permitting, ethics regulation and election law. His experience includes representation of individuals and corporations dealing with federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as representation of county government and constitutional officers.
