Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin announced that attorney Samuel C. Higginbottom has joined the firm’s Tampa office as an associate in the Casualty Department.
Mr. Higginbottom represents clients in federal and state court litigation in casualty matters involving admiralty and maritime law, general liability, premises liability, automobile liability, product liability, and SIU/Fraud investigations.
As a member of the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute, Mr. Higginbottom serves on its Board of Directors for the Port of Tampa. He is also a member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States.
Mr. Higginbottom graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 2005 with a B.S. in Marine Engineering. He later attended The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law where he received his juris doctor. He is admitted to practice in the state of Florida as well as the U.S District Court Middle District of Florida and the U.S District Court Southern District of Florida.
