|(Sarasota, FL – August 8, 2013) – On Thursday, September 5, 2013, U.S. Tent Rental is hosting a “Couldn’t have done it without ya!” extravaganza. The event will be held from 6:00pm-10:00pm at the company’s main warehouse located at 2006 72nd Dr. E., Sarasota, FL 34243. It will feature cutting edge event lighting, tents, décor, linens, etc. All donations will benefit the wheelchair Florida Sled Hockey Team. The event will focus on the strong partnerships U.S. Tent Rental personnel created with its many clients over the past 12 years. It is a thank you to all the caterers, event planners, restaurant operators, and other hospitality specialists that have been instrumental in their growth. It will also bring the leaders in the industry together for a fun filled evening before they embark on the new fall season. There will be gourmet food, beverages, music, dancing, games, and prizes.
Also, for the first time, the company will highlight “Linens by the Sea,” its growing specialty tablecloth and chair decoration division that it acquired less than two years ago.

Since the company moved into its 20,000 sq. ft. facility in 2007, it acquired an additional 14,000 square feet of nearby space to house its ever expanding party rental inventory. Its original grand opening celebration brought 200 curious guests to the party. At this year’s event, the company expects nearly 400 attendees.
