Recently entering into a new contract, Ovations will continue to provide Chicago Cubs fans amazing guest experiences with best-in-class catering and retail food services at 9 fixed restaurant concepts with 60 points of sale, 32 portable locations featuring unique food and beverage items and ballpark classics and 2 hospitality party decks with options for private event catering for both large and small groups.
A blend of culinary favorites from Chicago and the Valley of the Sun will be incorporated into the menus and innovative concession concepts will carry out Ovations’ Everything’s Fresh™ philosophy. Created just for the Cubs, concession concepts include City Dog™, Chi-Town Char Grill™ and Mesa Tortilla Flats™. Ovations will also introduce two of their proprietary concepts The Show™, providing a full spectrum of traditional ballpark fare coupled with regional specialties and Fresh Classics™, featuring freshly grilled hot dogs placed in a bun just before being handed to the customer, juicy burgers that were removed from the grill seconds before it touches the customers hands and freshly popped popcorn, just to name a few. This will also be the first stadium in the Valley of the Sun to have a fleet of rotating food trucks which will be located near right field. When possible, Ovations purchases produce and specialty items from local purveyors.
