The property was 260 acres zoned for a mixed-use development at the northeast quadrant of SR 54 and the Suncoast Parkway in Pasco County, FL. The transaction sold to a national developer for $6,000,000 on July 26, 2013.
Bill and Ryan also closed the sale of “Bonnet Creek”, a 10.59 acre, pad ready hotel site approved for up to 516 keys located within Bonnet Creek at I-4 and Epcot Center Drive, Orlando, FL for $2,200,000. They represented a national bank on the sale that closed on July 24, 2013.
Ryan also closed “Avelar Creek”, 105 Finished Townhome Lots on U.S. Highway 301, Riverview, FL for $1,680,000. He represented a national bank and sold it to a national homebuilder on July 22, 2013. From the day the listing was signed to the closing date, was just over 6 months, showing that market is bank for quality assets in strong locations.
This brings Eshenbaugh Land Company’s July land sales to over $12,000,000 and their total year to date 2013 sales to over $36,800,000.
