TAMPA BAY, Fla. (Aug. 1, 2013) – Nine professionals recently joined the offices of Prudential Tropical Realty as Real Estate Solutions Providers. They include:
Frank Slaughter – Clearwater office, 609 S. Fort Harrison., Clearwater. Slaughter is a Tampa Bay area native and previously served as VP of his family’s successful plumbing business. A state certified master plumber, Slaughter’s career background also includes several years as a loan originator with Republic Bank.
Joyce Cooper Michael Melnyk, Nicole Brandon and Iryna Sokhnatska – Countryside office, 2539 Countryside Blvd., Clearwater. A Clearwater native, Cooper has been a real estate professional since 1993. She graduated from FAMU with a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy. She is actively involved with the Martin Luther King Coalition and is a member of the FAMU alumni organization. Melnyk is originally from Dunedin and graduated from the University of Florida with a master’s degree in business administration. He has more than 14 years of experience in sales and marketing and is fluent in Spanish and English. Brandon graduated from St. Petersburg College with a bachelor’s degree in business management. She previously managed the social media development for a local construction company. Sokhnatska attended Kyiv International University where she earned a master’s degree in commercial law. Her extensive career background includes several years as a lawyer and as a State Executor for the Chervonograd Municipal Board of Justice in the Ukraine. Sokhnatska is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, and English.
LeeAnn Pepper– East Lake office, 301 Woodlands Parkway, Oldsmar. Pepper is originally from Troy, MI, and attended Oakland University in Rochester, MI, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communications. Her extensive career background includes 10 years in sales and management in the IT field and more than 11 years in sales in the healthcare industry.
Cathy Waters – St. Petersburg office, 2331 4th St. North, St. Petersburg. A Tampa Bay area native, Waters attended the University of Florida and the University of South Florida where she earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations and an executive MBA. She has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and public relations. An active member in the community, Waters was the Event Organizer for All Children’s Hospital and serves as VP of the hospital’s Development Council.
David Morgan and Beverly Benson – Port Richey office, 9108 U.S. Highway 19, Port Richey. Originally from Fairfax, VA, Morgan attended Northern Virginia Community College where he majored in chemistry. Prior to real estate, he was a contract specialist with the federal government for more than 33 years. Benson previously worked for the Department of Revenue for more than 13 years. She also has several years of experience as a Property Manager. She attended St. Petersburg College and the University of South Florida where she earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
