Prestigious Leadership and Philanthropic Organization will honor Tampa Bay area woman at Annual Fall Symposium.
TAMPA, Fla. (July 30, 2013) – The University of South Florida Women in Leadership & Philanthropy (WLP) organization is now accepting nominations for the 2013 WLP Community Leadership Award. This award is to honor a visionary leader and philanthropist doing extraordinary things to make Tampa Bay a better place for women to live and to work.
Kathleeen Moore, associate vice president for system initiatives at USF and chair for the WLP program, said the award is designed to both reward ongoing achievement and to create the incentive for greater success in the future.
“The Community Leadership Award advances the mission of USF WLP by recognizing women in the Tampa Bay region who exemplify the qualities of leadership and philanthropy that the organization values and seeks to promote,” said Moore.
