LARGO, Fla. – (July 29, 2013) – Tampa Bay Innovation Center, an innovation and entrepreneurship center for technology businesses, will host its August TECH Talk program on Tuesday, Aug.13, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. at Microsoft Headquarter offices, 5426 Bay Center Dr., Suite 700, Tampa.
The August TECH Talk program, “Begin with the End in Mind – Exit Planning for Start-Ups,” features Edward Valaitis, managing director of MarketChief, which focuses on merger and acquisition strategies.
With more than 24 years of experience in building, managing and selling businesses, Valaitis has worked in Fortune 100 companies and hyper-growth start-ups. Previous positions have included partner at AmperEisner, a New York City-based CPA firm; national director, risk consulting with BDO USA and managing director with Jefferson Wells International. He is a member of International Business Brokers Association and CEO Council of Tampa Bay.
Presented by Tampa Bay Innovation Center as part of the Entrepreneurs’ Hub (eHub), TECH Talk is the area’s premier networking and education event developed specifically to meet the interests of the local technology community.
