Clearwater, FL (July 9, 2013) – AAMP of America (www.aampofamerica.com) today announced that Ray Olvera has joined the company as a Mobile Electronics Technical Support Advisor, bringing 26 years of installation and customer service experience. In the Mobile Electronics Technical Support Advisor role, Olvera will be responsible for fielding telephone calls and e-mails for installation or product related assistance from dealers and end users, as well as provide troubleshooting services for specific technical issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Olvera comes to AAMP of America with almost three decades of experience in the 12-volt industry as an installer and shop owner. In 2001 he founded a school in New Jersey to teach teens installation and fabrication skills, and – most recently – was a tech support technician for Audiovox.
