Carla Schwartz Raab – South Tampa office, 1529 South Dale Mabry, Tampa . A third generation Tampa native and Plant High School graduate, Raab has five years of real estate experience. She also successfully owned and operated her own court reporting agency for more than 20 years. Raab attended the University of Tennessee where she earned a bachelor’s degree in child development.
Emil Okanovic – Brandon Office, 3228 Lithia-Pinecrest Rd., Valrico. Okanovic has five years of sales experience and earned a degree in computer technology from Wayne County Community College. He is fluent in both English and Bosnian.
Deborah Devlin and David Blake – Clearwater office, 609 S. Fort Harrison., Clearwater. A real estate professional since 2004, Devlin previously was associated with Charles Rutenberg Realty. She also has 25 years of experience as a customer service manager with TSE Industries in Clearwater and was recognized as “Employee of the Year” with that firm. Blake attended Western Kentucky University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in health care administration. Prior to real estate, Blake worked extensively in nursing home administration and previously owned his own medical transportation company in the Tampa Bay area. He currently owns Blake Investment Properties, LLC, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Clearwater.
Dottie Bachtel and Ernie DelBarba – East Lake office, 301 Woodlands Parkway, Oldsmar. Bachtel’s real estate career spans more than 30 years and includes several years in new home construction. During that time she was recognized statewide on numerous occasions for achieving outstanding levels of sales production. Bachtel is actively involved with fundraising events for the Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation. DelBarba is originally from Michigan where he attended Wayne State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology. A real estate professional since 2006, he was previously associated with Century 21 East Lake Realty. Prior to real estate, DelBarba was a sales manager for DelBarba Insurance Agency, Inc.
Thomas Horrigan and Mindy McCortney – St. Pete Beach office, 6800 Gulf Blvd., St. Pete Beach. Originally from New York, Horrigan attended Fordham University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in political science. Most recently, he was a tax professional in New Hampshire and was also a private consultant with the Department of Veterans Affairs. He is involved with various civic and charitable organizations including American Legion, Knights of Columbus, and the Congressional Staff Club. McCortney’s sales career spans more than 25 years. Having earned a bachelor’s degree in mass media communications she was a television sales host and radio personality prior to becoming a real estate professional. Colvin is a member of the All Children’s Hospital Ladies Guild.
Patricia Colvin – Port Richey office, 9108 U.S. Highway 19, Port Richey. Colvin was previously associated with the Pasco County District School Board. In addition to her six years of real estate experience, Colvin also has an extensive sales background having worked for Lowes Home Improvement and Sherwin Williams.
Dave Humbles – Spring Hill office, 2166 Mariner Blvd., Spring Hill. A real estate professional since 2001, Humbles was previously a managing broker for a Colorado real estate firm. He was also a mentor with Keller Williams.
