Two Top Performing Tampa Bay-Based Commercial Real Estate Services Firms Now Manage More Than Eight Million Square Feet of Office and Retail Space
Tampa, FL (June 4, 2013) – RMC Property Group (http://www.rmcpg.com/), a leading West Coast Florida-based commercial real estate services provider, announces that The Ross Realty Group has joined the RMC Property Group team.
Both highly respected commercial real estate firms have combined staff, services and portfolios to create one of the largest, full service, privately held commercial real estate enterprises in Florida, according to company officials.
Effective June 3, 2013, The Ross Realty Group investment sales and office leasing team has become RMC Ross Realty (RMCRR) and the Ross Realty property management team has become RMC Property Group (RMCPG).
By uniting the two previously independent portfolios of retail and office properties, professional resources and the vast real estate expertise of their respective staffs, the now combined brokerage and office leasing services and capabilities of these businesses will be greatly expanded and enhanced.
The newly merged companies currently oversee the management, leasing and sales of more than 8.4 million square feet of commercial property and more than 900 tenants. RMC Property Group will grow from its former 30-person staff to 45.

Ross will manage the brokerage sales team from the former Ross Realty Group Feather Sound headquarters office in Clearwater. The property management division will be moved to RMC’s home office located in Tampa at 8902 N. Dale Mabry Hwy.
The Ross Realty Group reported a record profit in 2012, generating nearly $14.6 million in lease transactions and more than $50 million in total transaction value. Last year Elliott Ross received the prestigious FGCAR award recognizing him as the Regional Top Producer for Investment Properties in 2012, one of several FIGCAR awards earned over the years.
