TAMPA, FL — Patrick Stanford has been named a Senior Supervising Engineer in the Tampa office of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure strategic consulting, engineering, and program/construction management organization.
In his new position, Mr. Stanford will manage highway construction projects in the Jacksonville area. He comes to Parsons Brinckerhoff after serving for 19 years at the Florida Department of Transportation, most recently as the department’s Resident Engineer for the Tampa Bay area (District 7). He was responsible for oversight of consultant construction engineering and inspection work on the reconstruction of interstates and major projects, including the I-4/Selmon Expressway Connector, I-275 Design Build, Selmon Expressway widening, I-75 widening , I-4 reconstruction in Ybor City, and SR 60/Tampa International Airport Interchanges.
Mr. Stanford received an M.S. in civil engineering from the University of South Florida and a B.S. in civil engineering from Auburn University. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
