More than 50 Members of the Hospitality Industry Nominated
Sarasota, FL-(April 26, 2013)-Visit Sarasota County (VSC) will announce the recipients of the 2013 National Tourism Week Awards at a ceremony breakfast held at Westfield Southgate Mall at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 9, 2013. All nominees were nominated by their peers with the winner being voted on by a selection panel comprised of members in the hospitality industry. All nominees will be honored and recognized at this event.

Also being announced at this event will be the “Voice of Sarasota” award which is voted on by the Visit Sarasota County Board of Directors and goes to a member of the Sarasota County community that has succeeded in putting Sarasota County on a national stage. A press announcement with the winning recipients will be issued immediately following the Thursday morning event.
