ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. – Goodwill Industries-Suncoast has announced the following promotions:
Kris Rawson has been promoted to vice president for workforce development. In this newly created position, Rawson will oversee Goodwill’s workforce services, as well as its employment programs for adults with disabilities and its volunteer services. She has been with Goodwill-Suncoast since 1998, most recently as director of community and program development.
Kathy Roegiers has been promoted to director of organizational employment services. In this new position, she will direct Goodwill’s programs serving people with disabilities, including outlet stores in St. Petersburg, Lakeland and Ocala that are staffed by individuals with disabilities. Roegiers has been with Goodwill since 1987, recently serving as manager of its Life Skills Development programs.
Rawson and Roegiers are both based at the agency’s headquarters in St. Petersburg.
