Pasco-Hernando Community College Foundation continues to celebrate the college’s 40th anniversary year with the Bash at the Ranch. This exclusive fundraiser is being held on Saturday, April 13 from 6 to 9 p.m. The evening includes a chef-prepared dinner, wine and beer, live entertainment, casino-style gaming, tastings by B21 Liquor, a silent auction and much more. All proceeds benefit the PHCC Foundation.
The Musunuru Family is the presenting sponsor. S. K. Rao Musunuru, M.D., is the current chair of PHCC’s District Board of Trustees.
Ted and Avis Phillips of the 4G+1 Ranch in Land O’ Lakes are hosting the event. Cattle and horses roam their 5,000 acre working ranch. The country house and landscaped courtyard will serve as the setting for the bash. Some of the students who received scholarships from the PHCC Foundation have volunteered to work at the event. The dress code is “country chic.”
Other major sponsors to date include Skanska USA Building, Suntrust Bank, Batson Cook Construction, Tampa Bay Times, Wells Fargo, PHCC’s District Board of Trustees, Delzer, Coulter & Bell, P.A, and Burgess Chambers & Associates, Inc.
“We look forward to greeting old friends and making new ones,” said Katherine Johnson, Ed.D., PHCC president. “The foundation’s donors have helped us provide excellence in education for 40 years. We will continue to rely on their ongoing support as well as the generosity of new donors as we move into our next decade of service to Pasco and Hernando counties.”
Admission is by advance purchase only. Half of the $150 ticket cost is a tax deductible contribution. Tables and tickets may be purchased by calling 727-816-3410 or by visiting http://phcc.edu/foundation/4g.
