Dr. Sebastian, also known as Dr. Carm, will share her wealth of knowledge and give practical health advice about following through with good habits at Femfessionals’ Connection Event on Feb. 21 at 11:30 a.m. at Palm Restaurant on Westshore Plaza in Tampa.
Dr. Carm, who is a Senior Medical Director of Clinical Client Solutions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida and the Medical Director Lead for the Wellness Program, Better You From Blue, is a widely popular wellness educator with a special interest in women at mid-life and women’s wellness. She frequently speaks on various wellness issues including Worksite Wellness 101 and Women’s Wellness: Being the Healthiest You that You Can Be. She is praised for her straightforward talk and sense of humor and for offering audiences practical and doable wellness strategies and solutions.

Dr. Carm received her Doctor of Medicine degree at Medical College of Pennsylvania and Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration at King’s College in Pennsylvania. Her passion for wellness began at an early age. Long before medical school, her Italian mother showed Dr. Carm that healthy living was grounded in simple and practical choices.
